Richard Bull was accommodating with my desire to keep costs low and helpfully fit in repairs at a convenient time.
Explained any issues that arose also giving me options on what to have done about them.
all fixed but problem is that automatic parking doesn't work as well as it did on my last car which was a 2013 Mercedes.
Issue with the cars service plan, ran out at 50k, this was pointed out later. With the initial impression that service would be covered by the service plan, i authorised a airconditioning service. Having to pay for both together affects budget plans!
Everything was attended to with efficiency and without fuss, including providing a courtesy car.
I have had the worst wash for my car...one side was full dirt ...
The professionalism and knowledge of service advisors. Trustworthiness is hard to come by and I can place my confidence with Parklane. You treat customers with a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

I only use this centre as I have known James Dowie since he was at cooper Banstead. He has been fantastic over the 13-14 years and as he has been promoted he still ensures a personal service to communicate my servicing or maintenance works progress

I was very happy with the service, Ive been more than one Bmw dealer and this is the best one
the guy are very helpful and professional kept me updated with the problem i had and they sorted out right away.
Great overall but technician did not notice that the form had to be filled out per tyre so I had to return. No big deal but would have been good if someone had carefully read the form. (As I did not!)

Only because you ask - On collection of my car I noticed that the battery in the key needed replacing. (was ok when I left the car) This should have been spotted before collection. I then had to return and buy a new battery !
The problem is the X1 tyre. They're very difficult to get hold of so a simple puncture turns into an unnecessary problem.
They should learn how to wash a car properly. It's not the first time when after complimentary car wash I need to go to wash it again. If they can't wash it property they should not offer this complimentary option at all.

It was a warranty recall and the car was handled completely for me.

BMW Park Lane and the salesman (Bradley Higham) were knowledgeable but also while making constructive suggestions as to extras were not 'estate agent pushy'.
The Park Lane team (specifically Jordan McGloin) were so helpful and welcoming. Buying a new car is a huge decision and Jordan made this so easy and found my dream car. I could not be happier with the service! A real asset to your team.
Didn't actually spend that much time at the centre, as this was a changeover of vehicles and dealt with on phone for majority.
Jordan did everything for us. Simplified the process and put 100% effort. Communication was excellent.
We definitely felt we were given good and honest service. I never felt I was being pressured and the represenative was very patient and always responsive to many emails and queries over the time it took to reach decision on the car and the options.
