Compared to my experience of the Guildford BMW (from whom I bought the car and took it for repairs) Park Lane were massively better. The wheel realignment alone raised by fuel efficiency on long trips from 33mpg to 40mpg

1. During booking, I was advised the service will include software check and update. But on arrival that changed to visual inspection only.2. I was unsure about my engine sound and wanted to compare another M3 in car park. advised not possible.

Did the work on the recall , but usually get health check , car washed and vac'd. Didn't have any of that, minimal interaction with staff.

The only issue was the oil cover flap being left open and the inconvenience of getting the car delivered back I left work early in the end because there were no delivery slots after 5 or so.
